ORLANDO - DoMark International, Inc. announced today that Terry Carlson has been appointed to the board of directors of DoMark International, Inc. effective immediately. Mr. Carlson has spent 25 years in the consumer goods industry and is a seasoned executive having managed some of the best known brands and businesses and many with significant scale. He recently served as CEO of a large division of Jarden Corporation, Pure Fishing, Inc.

Prior to that assignment, Mr. Carlson was CEO of Raymarine, Inc., which included a position on the Board of Directors, where he spent five years, highlighted with the launch of a successful IPO for Raymarine, PLC. Terry's career stared at Black & Decker, where over a 12-year period, he held many assignments advancing from Sales to Director of Marketing and ultimately into General Management.

Other senior management roles include Vice President and General Manager of North America for the Polaroid Corporation and Sr. Vice President and Corporate Officer for an Emerson/Bosch joint venture, Vermont American.

Currently, Terry holds a Board of Director role with the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and is a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for the World Sailfish Championship. Mr. Carlson has a BA in Business Analysis from Indiana University and a MBA in Marketing from Loyola College.
